Ayurveda

AyurvedaAyurveda is an old science more than 10,000 years old based on holistic approach and originated in India. Ayurveda is based on the principal of harmonious relationship between three humors(body fluid) called ‘doshas’ and believed that disharmony results disease to body. Ayurveda is not only a medicinal system but it is a science of life, it says that life is combination of four essential parts, mind, body, senses and soul. Ayurveda doesn’t confine to physical well being but it also an effect to spiritual, mental and emotional aspects. Ayurveda has three main focuses. First one is to heal a disease, second one to prevent a disease and last one is the longevity or age reversal. Treatment of ayurveda is intricate and lengthy.
